help backing up to SD

I have backed up the 4 games i have for the wii on an SD card....it doesnt sem to want to let me update these saves. Obviously with games like zeld it is importatnt to have a back up of the progress to date. I try to do so through the Data managment screen and it keeps telling me that the file already exists, but will not overwrite....maybe its me but some advice from someon who knows would be appreciated

Just erase the SD copy, and copy it from the internal memory again.

SD support on the Wii is pointless at the moment. Once you can save games, run VC games and channels from the SD there might be some use. At present you can just transfer stuff between it, and the internal memory, poorly it seems.
