to answer the question, to start a clan u must have friends who place a short word before their online user name to indicate the clan. i would reccomend u start a thread for the new Reflex clan,give it a name, and ask for members online friend code so u can exchange them and get a good team gooing online to battle other clans. i think as u can tell i really want to join this clan so hurry up on it or ill start i t up and u join it.
