i have splintercell double agent but it blocked

So you almost beat the game then it just freezes right? hmm... I'd say its just the disc return it for a replacment or your money back.

how do i play dvd 's on my wii do you need a sd card or does it work to on a dvd-rw (do you need a mod chip)??

You can't play DVD's on your Wii there might be something that allows you too but nothing that I know of.
