I inserted my Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connecter. It won't light up

Hi. I inserted my Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connecter. It won't light up. I then used the CD I got with it but it will say Please insert the usb connecter when it is already in! Then I press ok, and then I get a error message.


Can someone plese tell me how to make the USB light up?

i had trouble with this and it worked when i restarted my computer and left the usb connector out and only put it in when asked by the software.

still don't work.



It will light up for five seconds then it will go out.

When it says put in the USB connector on the CD actually put it in.
And don't have it in beforehand. It won't recognize it.
