To go on the Mii Parade, well, first off make sure all your friends Mii's are on Mingle. This will allow them to travel to their friends consoles VIA Mii Parade. To get to Mii Parade, click the button that has 3 people on it (upper right corner). That will send you to the Mii Parade.
