go to the calender and act like your going to post something by clicking on the second button on the bottom of the screen and then click on the third button.

where do i find my friend code?

Go to your wii message board then open up the address book. The first page should list what your wii friends code is. If your still having problems just refer to the instruction booklet that was included with your wii.
