I'm a Wii virgin

Hello everyone. Just registered cos i have the oppurtunity to buy a japanese Wii but can anyone tell me the difference btween a japanese one and an english one before i make the purchase. thanks

The consoles are region-locked. Meaning that games bought in one region will not play on Wii's from another region. You would need to import games from the same region as the Wii was made for.
