Im Stuck please help me

Hi all
Im just wondering if somebody could tell me how to do something
see what i want to do is make a game guide for the Godfather but i
dont know how to freeze the image on tv and get a pic.

Please if sum1 could help me its much apreciated

Then you should have asked a mod. And to answer your question, I think you need to hook your PC up to it.
