I was reading my 1 year Game Crazy service contract and I don't understanding the meaning of.

The Service Contract does not cover:
Cosmetic or structural damage to the case or frame of the product or to any non-operating part including decorative parts, including, but is not limited to, scrathecs, peeling, dents or any other similar damage.

What does the BOLD part mean?

it means they don't cover scratches, peeling dents in particular, but they can deny covering anything else if they want.
