Does anyone know what is used to determine if someone gets a good rating as a punt/kick returner. I made one guy and he was a 99 as a punt returner but deleted him because he was too thin. I have made 6 running backs since then and i cant get one to have more than 40 as a punt returner? Is it just random that it give them that or does it have something to do with body type or a certain attribute besides speed? I dont know what else to try...thanks fellas!
