Nintendo building/Japan wii tv problem

Hi i am in japan on holiday and i decided to bring my wii as its light and when i got to the hotel and plugged everything in and turned it on evrything was flying all over the page its a hitachi screen has anyone else had this problem and can help me?
also does anyone know of a nintendo building in tokyo that i can visit?
