I'm kind of wishing that the Nunchuck had the same wiresless capabilities as the Wii-mote. This cord is going to bother me..

it's amazing how small the circuit board inside is, and yet how much it can do. That small grey piece in the last pic tells me exactly how the buttons will feel (you might be a geek if...). That piece acts as a pad, the DS lite had similar pads under the A/B/X/Y buttons.

Just curious but why wouldn't they make the NUNCHUKU (can't help but saying it in a Chinese accent every time) Wireless. If it was wireless like the Wiimote, you would have so much more free range of motion to go crazy.

there would probably be more interference, because there would be the possibility of 8 diferent things connecting to the wii as opposed to 4, i think 8 is the max limit on blue tooth reiceiver can do

the nunchuck is almost exactly the same as the n64 middle prong plus a extra button

That shell is just begging for to be painted a new color. Looks like a nice simple take-a-part (sp?). Maybe leave the buttons white but paint the shell. MMmm, custom colored nunchuk. It would be cool to do the same to the Wii-mote, but that all depends on what its innards look like.
