problem with my tv?

i just got rayman for wii yesterday looking forward to playing it but i have 2 thin black lines on each side of my screen about 1.5cm each. i know the game only supports 4:3 but every other console iv played on my tv stretches approprietly. I have a 26" samsung HDTV and im using composite cables.

Iv tried changing all settings in wii and on my tv but it wont get rid of the lines? is this a common problem or am i just the unlucky one.
