Theres like 3 or 4 leagues. Two are full now. Id doubt you can get another started. Especially after how online play has been.

Our League is Wichat Madden Ftball league (WMFL) Its currently full at this time. We have a waiting list for league play. On top of the league itself, we have Open tournaments for anyone to join. We also have a place to share EA user names and a chatbox to talk to opponents and set up a game. http://www.freewebs.com/jared1985 We have a forum and opponent talk (chatbox) to talk to other madden owners.

You can create your own at http://Wiiwashere.com and your username can be the league's name. I am waiting to join someone on there who can share tips and tricks to its members/friends. Oh and friend codes of course lol.
