Social groups....Is it wrong to...?

Is it wrong to make a social group like one, that is already existing, because you think its to inactive, and is'nt structured? I wanna make sure its not agenst the rules, or w/e...

Regarding your question: As Rukus said, if the previous group died out, then chances are your group will too.
