the legend of zelda holds a huge mystery to me atleast and how is by this. When link stopped ganon at his castle as big link and after that zelda sent him back to stop gannon in the past but how did link stop gannon i mean ganon already touched the triforce didnt he? so how was link suppose to stop him? and if so where does majora mask come into play during those couple of years?

some people say after the defeat of Ganondorf, it split into 2 timelines- 1st being the kid link, the other 2nd being adult link. I think the kid link warned the king about Ganondorf, which is how in that timeline he actually didn't get the Triforce.
Majoras mask would fall into that timeline also.

When you say "ganon touched the triforce" do you mean in Windwaker? Because that takes place 100 something years after Ocarina.

at the end when they talk about hyrule B and twilight princess, my theory is that it's a direct sequel to adult links defeating ganon, ganon comes back, and continues his search while causing havoc and the sages seal him away
