Wario Ware: Smooth Moves HELP!

I am on "Dribble and Spitz" and I can't seem to beat the boss stage. The first part is fine but then when you have to switch forms I don't know how to shoot the bananas. They seem to come out at random and I have no control over when they shoot. Could someone please help?
