Zelda Phantom Hourglass Fishing

I've finished Phantom Hourglass and now I'm going back to get all the stuff. But I'm having problems with fishing. I'm not sure if there's a specific place to go. I have caught 4 Loovars and

5 rusty swordfish.
Then I've been back to the wayfarer who tells me I need to catch a Neptoona. But I can't find one anywhere. Any suggestions?

where did u find the fish in the spoiler tag? the only fish that i have got so far are the Skippy Jack - 6 of them....Toona - 3 pf them...Loovar - 3 of them
