Any fantastic racing games

Due to graduate school, I haven't been able to keep up-to-date with the Wii and its lineup. I'm curious if there's any good racing games out for it that are relatively realistic? Anything planned for a future release? Thanks.

I don't think anything decent has been released yet. Only the obvious ones like Need for Speed: Carbon or GT Pro Series. For future releases, EA is releasing Need for Speed: Pro Street on November 13th, 2007.

But thats not serious really, Need For Speed : Pro Street looks good.

Relatively close to realistic? I guess Need for Speed and Juiced 2 or as close as you're going to get. Shame, really. Though admittedly, I don't know if I'd want to do a Gran Turismo-type game using the accelerometer.

It really is all I asked for, and I just hope it comes out to be a decent game.
