Ya man, you can buy them from the Orange Juice Temple, along with Vitamin C and the Goron Spaceship.

Hero's Bow is located in the Fire Temple/Goron Mines after you beat the mini boss. (So basically second temple)

Clawshot (same thing as hookshot basically)- Located in the Lakebed Temple/Zora Temple/Water Temple after you beat that mini boss. (So basically third temple)
