Brand New Games

At the Wii stand at Meadowhall yesterday I picked up a leaflet, in it, it says and I quote:
"With Virtual Console, you can access a library of over 20 years of classic Nintendo titles from the Nintendo Entertainment Systems to the the N64 as well as completely new games"

Does this mean were going to see home-brew games or is it just referring to say games that only received a Japanese launch?

well, it didn't say completely new games for UK or US, so I think its never before made/seen.
