I lost on a level and now I'm just done? Like whenever you lose thats it? I was in the second world and now I'm back at the beginning?

Yea its in the third one. I lost, and while I keep all of my characters, I've lost all progress levels-wise.

To level up a item
Each item has upto a 100 levels
There are also items that can only be gotten from there
There is also bossies
You can get out after level ten or by using a gancys exit (goten in every tenfth level)
