E-mail problem

Everytime I respawn to a thread whoever respawns in the same thread I get an E-mail everytime it happens. it's filling up my mail box! How do I stop it?

you mean 'respond' right? you should work on your spelling.

go to your User CP. then Edit Options. turn off the email notification for threads and such and the emails will stop.
