Help!

Every time i post in a thread if some one posts after me i get a E-mail say they posted and it is taking up my E-mail space and some one tell me how to solve this:scared:

 

[Syntax]

Go to your User Cp and go to edit options. Once you have done that, find the "Default Thread Subscription Option" and set it to "Do Not Subscribe". It should be a drop down box. After you have done that, you should stop receiving emails.
