Here are my favorite Gamecube games, in order of excellency. I'm probably going to forget a lot, though. :

Resident Evil 4 (as you've already stated)
The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker
Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
Tales of Symphonia
Super Smash Bros. Melee (a definite if you like multiplayer games
Animal Crossing lol
Metroid Prime
Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life
Pikmin
Chibi-Robo

metroid prime is golden.. Smash brothers was a decent game for the time.
