help im pretty sure i unlocked some characters during the story mode like diddy and the angel dude. how can i use em online?? basic brawl mode. i saw some1 use sonic

You already had Diddy Kong and Pit from the start, but keep playing story mode and you'll unlock more characters.

You use them online (and everywhere else) by selecting them...

there name dont show up online

If you think they don't show up online, you must be in the wrong menu or screen....To play online select basic brawl or team battle pressing A on them and then the select character screen will show up and there they'll be I assure you.
