To get over gate you need to go stand on a rock or ledge to the left then midna will tell you to hop up.

There are these 4 monsters by death mountain and 3 are fighting me and 1 is in a gate where I cant fight it.How do I kill the fourth one?

if you go round back you can actually get in. theres like a small path. this bit took me ages because i didnt think you could get in. lol

I assume you are the dog at this point?
Go to the edge of the fence and user your forcefield thing to catch him with the guys on your side of the fence too.
There is also a bit I found where iot looks like hes locked away but you have to walk round and get him that way.
