How do you turn on Wii Connect 24?

Can someone tell me how to turn it on? Im not sure how it works, only had my Wii 4 a day

all you do is go into your wii settings. youll see where it says under the internet option "wii 24 connect" (not sure if thats right verbatim) and then select the option that says "on"

ETA- incase you dont know how to access your settings, youll see where it says "wii" in a circle right by the envelope on the main screen. click that and go into your users settings. from there you should know what to do :yesnod:

o and how do u make the disk slot light up?

thats just something that does it automatically. it lights up when you have a message or its updating. it never stays on fully unless well you just dont check your messages

my kid chunked the op manual - I just got the Wii connected to the web and now when we power it down the LED is yellow (used to be red). Is that OK?
