how the **** do you turn off subscriptions?

click on user cp on the top and click on list subscriptions then check the ones you don't want then on the bottom of the list click delete and press go

i think if you use the drop down box under the list of subscriptions and click on no e-mail notifactions, that might work

I made a section in my email for all my e-mails from here to go to that section... I now have... 1869

First click on User CP:

Then Click on Edit Options:

Scroll down some and then make your default subscription mode to off:
