Another game I can't wait to play, controlling the boomerang with the stylus will be interesting i think.

The epic story of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker continues as Link finds himself lost and alone in unknown seas in a new adventure. Featuring intuitive touch-screen controls and innovative puzzles, The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass offers new challenges for fans of the series and an easy-to-grasp introduction for gamers new to The Legend of Zelda. But time grows short, and only the Phantom Hourglass can buy Link the minutes he’ll need to survive.

Features

* The stylus makes controlling Link easier than ever. Tap on the screen to make Link move, or sweep the stylus around him to swing the sword. Players can even draw a path for his boomerang and send it flying into hard-to-reach targets.
* Players can stash the map on the top screen for quick reference or drop it to the touch screen to make notes, study enemies, or chart a path for their boat to follow while they man the cannons.
* Compete with a friend over a local wireless connection: Guide Link through special dungeons to capture the Triforce or command the forces that oppose him.

Many months have passed since the events of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, and Link, Tetra and Tetra’s band of pirates have set sail in search of new lands. They come across a patch of ocean covered in a dense fog, in which they discover an abandoned ship. Tetra falls into danger when she explores the ship alone, and Link falls into the ocean when he attempts to rescue her. When he washes up unconscious on the shores of a mysterious island, he is awakened by the sound of a fairy’s voice. With the aid of this fairy, he sets off to find Tetra – and his way back to the seas he once knew.

Sounds really cool, but then again I'm a real Zelda lover and am quite good at them. Graphically, the game has a cel-shaded look to it like Wind Waker, but there's a bit of Four Swords in there. The Phantom Hourglass Link is almost a spitting image of his younger self in Wind Waker, with large anime-style doe eyes. The game is shown on the upper screen of the DS, while the lower screen displays your map, but occasionally, the two will switch places. The gameplay appears to rely on some of the same puzzle-based dungeon mechanics seen in previous installments, including hitting multiple colored buttons to affect different things in the world.

I'm definitely looking forward to getting this, the cel-shaded graphics suits the DS very much.

^--- yeah, speaking of the puzzles that is where part of the new boomerang control feature comes in, you have to draw the path to hit x buttons to accomplish something

Just another classic Zelda game to add to the collection. Hmmm this may make me dish out $150+ for a DS and the game.

Please Nintendo.... make the regular attack NOT by the stylus, please!

Is this game based on the Wind Waker? I could swear I heard that in a interview some where. Or is it just the look of the game that makes some conpares to Wind Waker.

yeah the gam continues on from wind waker its after u kill all those badies save the world.... again and u jus do some sailin nd other stuff dont ask me the details tho coz o dont know much, i only know wot iv read

Thanks for the Info

The name is a bit silly in my opinion but this will no doubt be an amazing game... I haven't ever heard of a Zelda game that failed to give us enjoyment.
