No you won't have to use it I'm sure.
Just adds some more control to your steering I guess.

Correct. As of right now this boxart is just a rumor and likely a mock-up. I imagine the actual boxart will put less emphasize on the wheel and more on the game. (As Mario Kart is one of the most anticipated Wii titles of 2008)

I would say I can't wait for this game but I just bought SMG, Endless Ocean, and Zack and Wiki. I'll be busy for a while Not to say I'm not looking forward to Mario Kart, just not in a hurry right now.

I didn't really think about how it would be bundled with a wheel. I'm gonna have to preorder that sucker.
