Haha I just posted this info in the original thread. For anyone who's lazy, here's the info:

I empathize with your frustration at having to wait a little longer to play Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Like you, many of us here were counting down the days until the December release.

Having said that, we know that the development team has been working to make this edition of Super Smash Bros. the best ever, and wouldn’t push back a firm release date unless there was a good reason to do so. It’s worth noting that there are still many things about this game that haven’t yet been revealed. On behalf of Nintendo I ask for your patience as we prepare for the February 10th launch date.

I say, if we dont hear anything from dojo about a delay by January 27th. then we should be ok because the game comes out 2 weeks later.. and they cant delay a game 2 weeks b4 release...

this'll be a stupid comment/question but because the ups people get their trucks loaded 2 weeks early and 5 days later the stores get the games. am i correct?

Brawl will ship feb 10. Why would you believe wal mart, a store where you can buy your groceries, video games, cheap clothes, and guns? Wouldnt you believe Gamestop, etc?
EDIT: if brawl is delayed though, it will deff ship with a headset IMO.

Maybe, I am starting to get why the Wii doesn't have a headset. I've been playing the Xbox 360 for a little while now, picked it up 2 week ago. I spent some time on Xbox Live and my opinion on headsets changed a little. I went through all my 13 years of public school and I must say, through those years never have I heard the kinda stuff that was said. If I can remember the conversation it went a little like this (capture the flag)
Some guy said "Oh my f*cking God, what the f*ck are we doing guys."
I replied with "We should reinforce our security around the flag, there's like one guy guarding it."
Same guy said "If I wanted your opinion I'd take my c*ck out of your mouth and ask for it b*tch!"
I was sort of like...."wtf"
and he was sort of like "you smell like a moldy camel toe, I hope worms eat your heart out *ss"
Then throughout the rest of the match his goal was coming up with his next verbal insault. These were just the insults against me. Everyone else was doing the same crap in almost every match.

Personaly I would still love to have a headset but your right, getting me bum handed to me by a 12year old is bad enough without the verbal raping of my ears.

sure they can, they can easly do that. -two weeks before- ''You know what lets not copy the game yet i wanna see the american's cry, then mabye release it august 13th.''

guys, read the update under the first paragraph. the nintendo customer service response said that it WILL be released on feb 10th
