I would give you advice, but I don't have a 360 yet, just a Wii. =/ Since the 1st replier's suggestions didn't work, it has to be your system.

did you do any hacking? You might of tricked it into thinking it is a classic XBOX (the black horizontal only xbox), I wouldn't see how that is possible, but somehow it dosen't think it is a 360 anymore
