New Wii for christmas, HEELLPP!!

I know you are probably going to get millions of these threads today, but we are trying to connect our Wii remotes to our Wii but it doesn't seem to be connecting, and we followed the book by the letter.

Any Ideas on how to help?

Well...I remember (that was a looong time ago ) that it was a lot of random button pushing...

If you said you read and followed the manual, calling Nintendo is all you can do. I still suspect that you're missing something.

You're pressing the red button on the wii at the same time as the red button under the battery cover of the wii remote?

allright this is the master syncing method

hold the red sync button on your wii for 45 seconds....

than after you do that, press the red sync button on the wiimote,

if that dosn't work, than press both buttons at the same time

it should work

Nope, that hasn't worked.

Try unplugging the Wii. Wait a few seconds. Replug. Resync?

I Would Push Both Buttons And If That Dont Work Then Push The One On The Wii And Then Push The Sync Button On The Wii-Mote Continuously.:thumbsup:

Unplugging it is as far as you can go. A reformat won't do anything syncing-wise.
