It's photoshopped to look that way. Sort of an inwards joke; the tag for the picture is "And the radiation from all the screen distorted his face" or something like that. Kind of a joke about how much of my time I spend on computers when I'm not skating/lectures/labs/killing my livers with alcohol. >.>;
