I recently read an article I think on IGN, they had a guy named Matt I think test a dev kit. He said something about bugs and how the sensor bar sometimes wouldn't read the Wii-mote right on the dot like it should, especially on Super Mario Galaxy. He said the bug would be fixed by the second shipment if Nintendo took notice to it. Now Nintendo isn't known for buggy systems like PS2 *cough Disc Read Error cough*. So is this something I should worry about. Should I wait for the second shipment, which I don't think I can do, or is this just a Dev Kit early release error?

Yup, those were only dev kits. The final build of the Wii is bug free and ready to roll.

NOTHING is ever bug free however nintendo is known for finding and eliminating most of the bugs buy launch

I wouldnt worry. Nintendo are notoriously (perhaps the wrong word there) good at after sales care. Even exchanging consoles after the warranty as run out. People who had the hinge crack on the DS lite (a purely aesthetic problem) have ahd there DS's replaced really quickly.

Any problems and they are the best to sort it out normally.

You can BUY the launch? Anyway, yes most consoles are BUG free by the time they launch. You must be thinking of technical issues. Overheating and the like are NOT bugs, those are technical and hardware problems.
