well, instead of polls you just have continuous threads about which system was their favorite which usually follows an explaination as to why they think so.

the poll is just another wiichat added feature which really doesnt serve a purpose. TBH i only used it i think like once on my own for pure stupidity (i believe it was if i should or shouldnt change my avatar ATM)

youre not missing much if you cant make one. trust me they are an overrated feature

ETA- see i added a poll just for arguments sake. its really not that great.....there is no draw
