Here's some info on TvC, from the lastest issue of nintendo power.

- “Working” on adding online to North American version (not confirmed yet)
- Officially called Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars
- HUD slightly different
- Will have new features
- Game might have new characters
- Releasing this Winter
