I would say if you strongly dislike the always the same Tony Hawk's such as I, then you will LOVE this game. I really like the graphics and controls.
GT Pro Series is a nice racer that may not be flashy in the graphics department, but with 6 control schemes and control options for the Dead Zone, there is a control for everyone. This does have a lot of depth, and the tournaments are really challenging. There is no real damage in the game (if you hit a wall, you won't crash), but all in all, I'll give both games a solid 8 out of 10.
