What the heck am I doing wrong 411

I'm new to feeds, but I want to download some to my Zune. I've managed to sync some New Yorker podcast cartoons from the Zune Marketplace. But how do I download feeds from lets say, G4? I subscribed to Code Monkeys feed and I can view all the files, and they are MP4 so they're compatable with the Zune. So how do I get them on there??
