wii channels + tv internet

i 'm wondering if the wii channels are already working...

i have internet connection but it says that the service is not yet activated

is this active? does anyone knows when it becomes active?

plz help me

p.s. : is it possible to play online against each other(is this servive activated)

uh..interent channel is announced.....and forecast comes on the 20th of december!
