Wii crashes

i found this site via doing a google search. Im having a problem with my wii i turn it on and it runs ok for a couple minutes (if that) and freezes. It wont allow me to do anything at all, i dont even get to play a game so i suppose its not the laser.

The console is not modded in any way at all.
Any ideas,, thanks in advance

sound like a case for nintendo costomer service, call them and see if you can get free repairs ...

Where you put your Wii will also effect it and possibly cause it to overheat. Make sure not to enclose it, it needs to breathe. Otherwise, like skidmarx suggested call Nintendo Customer Service.
