To qualify for Rudd's deal you had to pay tax. The minimum didn't matter, though it would in regards to tax paid. But again, it didn't matter earning over $6,000 - my brother did, but got some kind of government rebate which made his tax paid zero.
what a night, accidently typed in a wrong internet address, brought me to some strange site insted of altavista. some crap came up, then the PC went psycho. wouldnt let me into hotmail, youtube, google e.t.c i could only get into 3 sites. then a AVG warning came up saying that it blocked a trogan. than f*** for that
a quick system restore back to the 12/5/09, virus scan & spyware scan fixed the psychotic episode my PC was having.
Oh I'm fine. People up the road from me had no power or hot water for nearly three days. I laughed at them. Though the first night I had no hot water either, and power was constantly going out throughout the day. Though where I worked that day, we only had the two black-outs. Once in the morning, and then again right on 5.
I was driving back through town (after stumbling out of the unit) watching electricity going off in various shops, and you could see shopkeepers inside on the mobile phone trying to deal with it. But other then that, my experiences weren't so bad. I wish I could get a picture of the place right down the road from I worked... the roof got blown off!
I've yet to obtain any of my own pics of Byron in flooding, but I have been trying. If I can get the picture I want, I'll be able to show what I meant by "swimming" to work.
