Wii play problem

Ok so, I was playing my wii play games, and when i click 2 player it just freezes. I can hear the wii running as hard as it can, but then i end up turning it off.
HELP!!:yikes:
This is one of my fabvourite gamesis thwere anything i can try?:scared:

Give the disc a clean, try it on another wii if possible.

If it doesn't work on another console then I'd take it back to where you got it from. =]
