Wii Virtual Console to Wii U?

The VC on the Wii doesn't allow it to play on other systems. I hope that Nintendo will do something to remove your VC to the Wii U or else I'm gonna get so pissed...Almost spend €100,- on it.

They've already said it plays all Wii games.

As far as moving VC purchases from your existing Wii to a new Wii U, I'm not sure they've said anything about that. However the 3DS can now move DSi purchases to a new 3DS, so they'll probably do something similar with the Wii U.
