Dark Pegasus will be awesome. That extra movement, as well as going unhindered by any terrain, means they'l beat out pretty much any other enemy either because Magic is wintastic, or because they can take cover in better terrain. Like I said, unless these sort of classes take a huge hit to growths, they're gonna be broken. A Dark Pegasus will have speed, magic, (workable) strength, and that crazy movement. They can be offensive from both sides of the spectrum AND be scouts at the same time. In theory, that's pretty nasty. And if we get another Est Pegasus Knight, defense won't be a problem either. BROKEN

Unless long bows are really common/supremely buffed, archers of all sorts simply are... lesser, and would only be used for said long bow and taking out flying units. Though, due to the latter reason, if we don't get a Iote's Shield, I can see 'em all over on wi-fi as an anti-metagame tool.

I'm damn curious as to what the "Marth Class" is about. Not that I want to hear any spoilers.

EDIT: Nope, I ****in' misread 'bout Great Knights. 4 AM MAKES ME HERPADERP Aye. Unless the weapon/tome classes are seriously inferior in growths to the classic classes, magic is almost impossible to not use at this point too. The fact that the enemy will always be picking at a unit's weak point at any given time late game will probably makes things harder too... Rush tactics won't be as reliable, so FE3DS just might get me to think hard for once. :lol: I s'pose that's where the new weapon/stave classes come in. No more need to "waste" a unit slot per map with an exclusive healer that'l almost never see use in the heat of battle if they can actively switch between healing duty, and ably defending themselves. Hell, maybe their stats might be good enough to be on the front lines, so long as you've got two healers.

Paladin AND Great Knight?! They're brought back split classes, awesome.

One of the thieves' promotions uses staves? ... Well, at least thieves are more useful than just for opening locks.
