Noire has life taker becuase she is ment to take a lot of damage and deal tons of it at low health. If I make a new file I will give her wrath

If I get more DLCs I will play it tons more
I can't remember the tomes
But one has life steal I think and the other has massive crit
And the elemental tomes have really good crit and damage
