5 Target tests?

I wanna unlock Lucario, and I read that if you beat all 5 Target Tests you can fight him to unlock him. Although when I went to the minigame section, there were only 2 levels of the target test. How can I get all 5?

play through classic mode on every difficulty to unlock the other levels.

(or you could get lucario through SSE if you're not quite up to par xD)

yeah, playing through the Subspace Emissary is the easiest way to unlock most of the characters. you will spend more time trying to beat all the target tests to get him than you will in subspace.

Yeah go through Subspace Emissary, you encounter him at a decent spot in the game, as well as other characters. Its really quite fun.

I cleared all five levels of the target test and I didn't get lucario. I went back to the easiest target test and beat it five times in a row then the fight came up. Not sure if there was just a delay or if it was the second method that actually worked.
