a 3ds problem for me

I had my 3ds for a week now and this is a weird problem. yesterday morning going to school i was listening to ne-yo on 3ds sound then 10 sec. into the song it switch to a different song but, it was in my pocket the whole time. if anyone else has had this problem leave a comment. also the weird thing is afterschool when i was listening it never did that!

I think the shoulders buttons skip to next song or past song,so you could have pressed it with your leg not knowingly.
