Ok I found a pic on google that I want to use as my sig. Is that OK?

Is it like copyright? I dont see a copyright or trademark sign anywhere..

Also is it ok if I put my name on it, not like: "created by sparx", just add my name onto the picture?

However it is an absolute no to putting 'created by', if anything only your name.

I suggest you could add text but please make it clear in your signature giving credit to the original maker and that he made it.

Well usually when you click on an image on google, the second page that loads shows you the original website of the image, and a smaller version of the image above. Well just below the image, in grey colored text it says: image may be scaled down and subject to copyright.

Check it doesn't say that. could you send me the image in a PM as well please Sparx?

No, and I searched the page up and down and I see nothing about copyright, trademark or him saying no.

I am going to ask Prez or Syntax.

Well if he didn't say no, then I don't see why you can't use it, as long as you credit it accordingly. If he sees it in your signature, and says you shouldn't be using it, just say he never said you can't use it beforehand.

I doubt he is going to see it. He is just some member of a gaming site (not a forum), and I doubt out of all the sites he will notice mine.
